Services
Brewery Layout & Equipment Selection
Dwellerbier will assist with floorplan review & compare it with your beer styles and production goals to select the equipment needed. We will also solicit and review materials quotes from suppliers and contractors.
Custom Recipe Design
Dwellerbier will help new and established brands understand classic and trending beer styles, with a special focus on tailoring the beer recipes to showcase local resources. Dwellerbier will then work with you to pilot brew, conduct tasting panels and scale up the recipes for production.
S.O.P. Development
Dwellerbier will assist breweries in defining best practices and Standard Operating Procedures through documentation, testing, and refining until they are clear and intuitive for your staff.
With S.O.P. training and process review, together we will increase production goals alongside quality improvements to ensure prolonged shelf-life, improved flavor and greater inventory at hand.
Experience
Joel Carlson:
IBD certified with 16 years of professional experience in the U.S., Berlin, and Switzerland craft beer scenes, including brewery operations on 3.5 - 30 BBL systems, in both production and brewpub environments. Layer in a B.S. in Construction Management; his skills beyond optimizing beer production include recipe design, employee training, draft system maintenance, scheduling, equipment selection, layout and start-up.
